Open Gym

Rules & Regulations:

In order to train during these times, you must be an unlimited member, an experienced drop-in, or a graduate of the ON RAMP program.

Open Gym hours are to work on skills, train Olympic Lifts, make up a day/WOD missed, prepare for a competition, or work through some different programming.

These times will be supervised by a staff member(s) to ensure the safest training environment for all athletes.

Finally, please be considerate of others training during Open Gym. Have fun and leave the gym cleaner than you found it.
