CrossFit 813’s Olympic Lifting class is open to all members who are seeking greater proficiency in the Olympic Lifts. This program is intended to supplement your regular training and improve technique, explosiveness, strength and general comfort level with the snatch and the clean and jerk. Each session will meet for 60 minutes and will vary weekly. Athletes should expect to clean and jerk or snatch as well as perform various accessory movements and skill transfer exercises that enforce the principles of “the dynamic exertion of force”.
