The CrossFit 813 Endurance program will grow your aerobic capacity to excel in endurance sports and/or life without all of the time and volume pounding the pavement or the highly technical barbell movements. This training focuses on enhancing aerobic capacity to improve blood, oxygen and nutrient flow to working muscles. The more oxygen that can be consumed, the more physical work an individual will be able to do. We will use team and individual training, calculated program design strategy, and dedicated coaching to safely strengthen the unused muscles and make your overall endurance performance much stronger.
